I loved the easy way that we could book a car. Last time I booked the trip, I had to cancel, just three days before departure. Cancelling the car required just one button press in the confirmation e-mail, ideal! This time we did go, and boy, did we have a great car! A brand new car from 2008, with all the luxuries we had ordered. We had no problems at all with the car and to thank you for that, we washed and vacuumed the car before handing it in again. I am sorry I cannot give you any feedback on how to improve: it was perfect! We will be sure to recommend you to all our friends when they are planning their Ozzie trip!
